I forgot my user name or password. What should I do?

A user name is not needed to log in, just your email address and password. If you can't remember your password, you can choose a new password. Click 'Log in' at the top of the page. There you will see the “forgot your password?” option. Simply enter your email address and we will send you an email to reset your password.

How do you use my contact information?

At HAHALAND, we value your privacy and will not share your information with anyone. Your contact information will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling your order. If you have signed up to receive our newsletter and wish to stop, simply click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the newsletter.


How do I know if my order has been taken accepted?

After having confirmed your order and proceeded to your secure payment method, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This includes a summary of the order, the item(s), the quantity, the price of the selected products, the payment method and the delivery address.

Can I find the details of my order?

You can find the details of your order, but also of previous orders, by logging onto your HAHALAND account. Go to the section “My orders”. Here you can find order details and invoices, and print them if you so wish.

I made a mistake. I would like to modify or cancel my order in progress. Is this possible?

It depends on the status of your order. If your order is already at the stage where its status is "Currently being processed" or “Shipped”, then it is not possible for us to modify the order.  For further questions pertaining to this matter, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@hahaland.com with your order number and your product(s) references via our contact form.

How do I use my promotional code?

Promotional codes can be applied to your order by going to your shopping aart and clicking on the zone “Promotional Code/ Gift Voucher”. Once you have entered your code, be sure to click the “OK” button so that it is applied. Before using a promotional code, please verify the code’s validity dates and conditions of use.  

Which are the means of payment accepted by HAHALAND?

HAHALAND allows you to pay online by Paypal or bank card: Debit Card, Visa and MasterCard.

Was my credit card charged twice?

When you are placing your order, your bank or PayPal may place an authorization on your account. It’s just a hold of funds until we can complete the order process. The funds are actually captured (charge completed) as the order is processed for shipment. Please check with your bank if the authorization hasn’t dropped off yet.

What if my items arrive damaged?

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please contact us at customerservice@hahaland.com. We will make every effort to send a replacement.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Most items can ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Standard Shipping Deliveries may take up to 21 business days for these addresses. Unfortunately, we can’t offer Expedited Shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Please note that delivery dates for APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes are not guaranteed.

Do you ship internationally?

HAHALAND delivers mainly to: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France, German, Italy and Spain. To know the conditions, times and costs of delivery to a specific country, please contact customerservice@hahaland.com.

What are the costs of delivery?

Delivery costs are calculated automatically according to the place of delivery, the weight and the total volume of the ordered articles, in order to ensure you as fair a cost as possible. For each order, we indicate the exact amount of the delivery costs to you once you have selected the address of delivery and the means of transport, before the confirmation of your order.

How do I track my order?

We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. This email contains your package tracking number and the parcel carrier handling your shipment. You’ll be able to track your package by clicking on a button in that email. You can also check the status of your order anytime by first signing in to our site then going to the Account Details section. Go to Order History, then Order Details to find information on the shipping method and the tracking number. Should you have any additional questions about your order please email us at customerservice@hahaland.com.

Will my order arrive in one package?

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. In order to deliver your purchases to you as quickly and efficiently as possible, items that ship from the same location are grouped together. This could result in part of your order arriving at a different time, but still within the delivery time.

How do I find a replacement part?

We wish we could magically replace all lost pieces and parts to our toys, but unfortunately, we’re not able to stock each and every piece. Because of the way many of our products are made some of the parts and pieces are not interchangeable from one product to another. If you’re missing a piece, or received a damaged item, please contact us at customerservice@hahaland.com and we’ll do our very best to help you figure out your options. We’ll need some product info so please have either the product in front of you or a photo of the product label you can refer to, if that’s more convenient.

Are your toys safe?

Yes! Absolutely! From day one, we (HAHALAND) have signed our names to every product we make. We take that signature seriously, and it’s why we wanted to answer questions on this topic personally! Our signature is our commitment that you can trust HAHALAND products. All of our products comply with all U.S., E.U., and other international safety regulations. We go above and beyond when it comes to testing and safety.

How do you test your toys?

As parents, every time we make a product for you, it also has to pass the test of coming home with us, where we enjoy playing with these same toys with our children. Our colleagues also regularly test our products with their families before they are made available for sale.

We also test at different production phases. We always start with a carefully designed product. We have strict manufacturing instructions for our factories. In addition, there’s no substitute for testing, testing, and more testing. Our HAHALAND employees are stationed at the factories and go the extra step of auditing, inspecting, and testing at various phases of the production process.

Lastly, we take the extra step of having independent agencies test our products. We specifically test our paints and coatings frequently to be sure our toys meet or exceed government recommendations limiting heavy metals, lead, and phthalates in children’s items. All of our results have been verified by 3rd-party, independently accredited testing laboratories, considered by many to be the best scientific laboratories in the world.
